Lord, Which Path? Acts 1:24

“….“You, O Lord, who know the hearts of all, show which of these two You have chosen” Acts 1:24 NKJV

It is so easy for man to submit to his own wisdom and run ahead of God. God Almighty is the creator of the heavens and the earth; his ways are not human ways; and his thoughts are not human thoughts. The Lord told Jeremiah, that He knew Jeremiah before he was formed in his mothers womb and He ordained Jeremiah “to be”…..

What has God ordained “to be”….in your life today? You will only find out in a conversation with Him and then submitting to what you hear from him. There are always three paths one can take: 1) do something God ; 2) do something good; or 3) do something not good. The fact of the matter is anything that is not behind door number one will be a poor choice. Good things are not always God things and may delay us from reaching our destination. Doing things that are evil, likewise, will always be unpleasing in God’s sight. Peace and blessings will only come from following the divine pathway God has laid out for us. Are you weary of dead ends, detours and roadblocks? Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Then, seek the Lord’s advice before you make a decision and the Lord will direct your path.
