e to pass. Today, you may feel like the promise is delayed, failing, or afar, but fear not God will not leave you until He has done what He has spoken. Never confuse God’s words with man’s words. God does not promise to be with us in what we have spoken over ourselves. He also does not promise to stay with us until we have received what others have spoken over us. Here, the Lord makes a simple certainty clear: God will pay for what He orders! Whatever it is trust and believe that God will do it. Jason Terry of the Dallas Mavericks proclaimed all over television land last night that God told him they would win it all and for Jason to have faith. His faith was so strong that he testified this to all of his teammates and engraved a tattoo of the NBA finals trophy on his arm to prove what the Lord had said. Today, no one can refute his claim….his tattoo and his mouth and the results prove the Lord was with him. No matter how hard it becomes for you, or who doubts you, remember God is still with you and you will receive the promise.

Thanks so much for writing this. It was so encouraging to me because sometimes life distractions can take our eyes off the promise. I am not a fan of the Mavericks but I am happy for them especially Jason Terry.
